Long Island Wine Country

Traveling is one of my favorite things to do, and Sean and I are lucky enough to be able to do it quite a bit. This past year, we've been lucky enough to visit places like the Bahamas, Disney, Savannah, Philadelphia (even though that meant me flying home without him #longdistanceprobs), Nashville, and now the Hamptons. We budget and save to be able to do things like see new places and do things I like to call "adventuring" once we get there.

Hamptons style is casual, neutral, and floral.

Floral Leith tank and white jeans made for a perfect summer outfit.

White Henri Bendel bags make the best summer accessory.

Wölffer Estate vineyard is a great spot for afternoon relaxation.

Adventuring for me is doing anything new, or in this case.. something I've done before but loved so much I wanted to do it again. Last year I visited the Hamptons, but Sean took a job a few days before we left so I got to enjoy the beauty of the Wölffer Estate without him. I knew this year, it was high on my list to get back to the Long Island Wine Country.

This was actually on the 4th of July. We snuck out of the house early to spend the day together. The drive from Westhampton Beach out to Sag Harbor was gorgeous. It took us about 45 minutes, but it didn't seem as long because the scenery was constantly changing and there was tons to look at!

I spent the better part of the afternoon in this super comfy outfit (knowing I'd be in the car and walking around downtown Sag Harbor) and was happy I dressed for warmer weather as it got pretty steamy toward the mid afternoon.

We wrapped up our afternoon adventuring and headed back to the house to change into our red, white and blue and have a lobster bake and lay by the pool. Most of our evenings were spent lounging poolside because the sunsets were a true work of art. You can catch some more pictures on my Instagram now, but I'll be doing a Hamptons round up in the coming week!

If you're headed up to Long Island or the Hamptons, I've been a couple times and would be happy to make recommendations. Just let me know where you're going in the comments below!
